Orders can be returned for any reason within 14 days from the date the order was received. Returned items must be in the same condition, unworn and in the original packaging. Free or promotional items must be returned along with the original item when being refunded. If free shipping has been applied to an order, the shipping cost will be removed from the refunded amount when an item is returned. Caps & Sale day items purchased using a promotional discount code are non refundable. We reserve the right to deny a return if items are not received in their original condition.
Once your return is received a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it might take 2-5 working days for a refund to show up on any bank statements.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when exchanging items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please ensure you send returns via a tracked service to make sure it reaches us & make your name and order number visible in so we know who it's coming from.
